Ivy Tech Community College is offering contracted 24 hour Solar Panel Helper class in partnership with the Elmer Buchta Technology Center in Petersburg, IN. Employees will obtain the industry recognized OSHA 10 Construction Certification and learn construction safety, basic electrical and photovoltaic installation safety, and industry related workforce skills.

Collaborating with the Pike County Economic Development Corporation and Pike Central High School to provide their students a unique and interactive program designed to develop, enhance, and strengthen career readiness skills such as: communication, emotional intelligence, and team building.
